Sammy grew up not far from the Madison area on a farm. Their childhood was spent caring for the family dogs, cats, miniature donkey, ducks, chickens, button quails, and rabbits. Before joining Alyssa the Critter Sitter LLC, in the fall of 2024, Sammy had studied to be a vet tech. However, they prefer to be more involved with individualized care.

Sammy has 2 adorable cats, but is also very familiar with exotics and loves her snakes & spiders. They have rescued different arachnids over the last few years, including a striped-kneed tarantula, a false widow, and many others. Sammy loves any critter they meet and cant wait to meet yours!
