Hi! My name is Alyssa. I have always had animals in my life and enjoyed learning about them. It started with the pets of my childhood, mainly cats and rats, as well as friends and family's cats and dogs. In my adult life I have had a rabbit named Banjo, who lived to be 9 years old, and my current cat named Gir, who I rescued at 6 years old in 2016.

I dog walked and pet sat professionally, prior to entering the veterinary field. My love and knowledge of pets only expanded from there. Animal behavior in particular has always been a passion of mine. It assists in understanding each individual pet’s needs and comforts. While working in the veterinary field full time, where I became Fear-Free certified, I continued to pet sit on the side.

In 2023 I went into pet sitting & dog walking full time, starting this small local business. It is so rewarding to connect with pets, and their pet parents, on a personal level. I love being able to provide security and comfort, knowing your pets and home are in good hands.
